May 2 – June 8 (6 week classes)
Receive an effective workout that is fun and motivating in our new Small Group Training Classes. These classes encourage relationship building, increased accountability and more individual attention than a traditional group fitness class. Fitness Specialist Nicole Behr will lead you in a unique workout experience that will target your individual goals as you work collectively with your group.
Athletes in Action
Tuesdays and Thursdays, 6-7pm
Small Group Training Studio
This class will focus on: performance enhancement, joint stability, injury prevention, muscular strength, cardiovascular endurance, muscular power, speed/agility/quickness (SAQ) and neuromuscular coordination.
ABsolute Power
Tuesdays and Thursdays, 7-8pm
Small Group Training Studio
This class will focus on: static and dynamic core stability, core strength, core endurance, core power, injury prevention and neuromuscular activation and coordination.
