An event every week that begins at 11:30 am on Tuesday and Thursday, repeating indefinitely
Improve balance, coordination, and overall functionality. Perfect for anyone with low to moderate fall risk or just want to improve overall balance. Classes will consist of both strength and stretching using a variety of equipment. Those who require a device to assist with walking are welcome.
