An event every week that begins at 6:30 pm on Monday, repeating indefinitely

A unique combination of ballet-inspired lower body work, low-weight resistance training and body weight exercises makes for an intense, low-impact tonight workout. Moves are done on the mat and at the barre. No previous ballet experience is necessary!
