An event every week that begins at 8:00 am on Wednesday, repeating indefinitely

A total body aquatic program that includes stretching, cardio resistance and strength training exercises you do int he water. Take water fitness to a new level by harnessing and amplifying the training benefits of the water. This class complements land based routines and fitness goals in Power, Endurance and Recovery but with less pounding on the body by reducing gravitational effects underwater.
