BODYFLOW: Ideal for anyone and everyone, BODYFLOW is a yoga-based class that will improve your mind, your body and your life. Bend, stretch and flow to inspiring music through simple yoga moves that include elements of Pilates and Tai Chi.
BODYPUMP: The original barbell class, BODYPUMP is the ideal workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit. Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BodyPump gives you a full body workout and burns up to 400 calories in a class.
CORE: Inspired by elite athletic training principles. Designed for incredible core tone and sports performance. You build strength, stability and endurance in the muscles that support your core, improve balance, assist injury prevention, and become better at everything you do.
No registration required. Beginner classes in some of these formats will be offered on weekend afternoons.
