Slow Vinyasa

An event every week that begins at 9:30 am on Wednesday, repeating indefinitely

Participants will be introduced to the basic principles of yoga and begin to strengthen the mind and body. Yoga poses are linked fluidly, but held long enough for the student to adjust to a healthy alignment and mental awareness.
