Power yoga focuses on body alignment, physical conditioning through body-weight strength poses, and mindfulness. The class uses intermediate yoga poses and flow sequences to stimulate the heart rate and achieve strength while calming the mind.
Learn basic yoga flow and the subtle differences between poses and names of about 15 of the most commonly used poses. The instructor will offer hands on adjustments so participants get the full benefit of each pose.

Introduce your child to the fundamentals of Yoga in a fun setting. This 45 minute class will teach your little Yogi the basic poses, incorporating Yoga games. Your child ages 6-12, must be a member of Kids Zone to participate in this class.
