Fit 4 Spring is a 12-week program designed to improve your strength, endurance and overall health. Feel great and get in better shape with the help of your teammates and our coaches! Have fun with a friendly competition among teams. Prizes will be awarded to the winning team and individuals based on success.

Cost:$439 for members and $500 for non-members
A house is only as strong as its foundation, and your body is no different. If you are struggling to break into that next level, or have nagging pain getting in the way, it’s time to start taking a different approach to your training. Experience a variety of metabolic training tactics that keep things UP BEAT and Interesting. Plus, this class features intense core exercises, that will help you break through to the next level of strength and mobility. This class is for the workout enthusiast, the member that is exceeding their expectations, and someone who wants to improve their current training program. Participants should have an intermediate to advanced fitness level for optimal success.

Boost your immunity, strength, mobility, energy, and stamina! This 6-week class will meet in the personal training studio on Tuesday evenings and the lap pool on Saturday mornings.

Better Bones can be as easy as learning your ABC’s. The tools you’ll learn in this series can set you on the path to get ACTIVE, gain better BALANCE, improve your CORE and practice STRENGTH training in a correct manner. This low-impact series will assist you in developing strength, growing bone density, improving posture, balance, and flexibility.
