Power Vinyasa

This Power Yoga focuses on the foundations of the power yoga, body alignment, physical conditioning, and mindfulness. This class is excellent for intermediate and advanced levels, but also provides options for beginners.

Vinyasa Yoga

Combines basic yoga poses linked with flowing moves to help improve balance, increase strength, promote mindfulness and ease stress. Some yoga experience is helpful but options are available for beginners.
