Restorative Yoga

Mind Body Studio OH

Restorative yoga encourages physical, mental, and emotional relaxation. Appropriate for all levels, this class will move at a slow pace, focusing on long holds, stillness, and deep breathing. Instructors may use bolsters, blocks and blankets to support the body in restful poses.

WERQ

A fun dance fitness workout set to pop, rock and hip-hop music. Instructors lead you through easy to learn moves while you increase aerobic ability and coordination.

Barre

This combination of ballet-inspired lower body work, low-weight resistance training and bodyweight work make for an intense, yet low-impact, toning workout. Moves are done on the mat and at the barre. No dance experience necessary. Intermediate, with options for all levels.

Fit Kids

This class is designed to teach your children, ages 6 - 12, proper exercise movement and the importance of being healthy. Let's keep our kids moving during Summer break! Kids must be a member of Kids Zone to participate.
