We’re thrilled to invite you to our upcoming MyFitRx Open House. Join us for a day of exploration, education and fun as we showcase the incredible offerings here at Mount Carmel Fitness Center.
Here’s what you can expect:
Event Highlights:
- MyFitRx specific tours
- MyFitRx information table
- Light refreshments and snacks
- Giveaway for those who attend a workshop hosted by a Fitness Specialist. Two winners will receive a MyFitRx mug.
Classes and Workshops:
- Observe a supervised MyFitRx exercise session
- Table hosted by a representative of Medigold
- 10:30 am: Balance Basics with Kathy
- Noon: Functional Fitness for Seniors with Steve
- 1:00 pm: Intro To Ballroom Dancing for Seniors with Jose
Additional Activities:
- Attendees that fill out an Exercise Recommendation Form will be entered into a drawing to win FitFunds

Do you have a medical condition or need support to be more active? With MyFitRx, you can choose one of 10 specialized pathways designed to help you meet your health and fitness goals. In eight weeks, our certified fitness specialists will help you improve your level of physical activity through a customized fitness plan, fitness assessments and full membership access to our medically integrated fitness center.
