Masters Swim is instructed by Amy San Filippo – Level II Masters Swim Coach, Level III ASCA, UESCA Certified Triathlon Coach. In each session, Amy will provide workouts, drills and real-time coaching.
The Force Masters swim group is comprised of swimmers aged 18 and older that wish to swim in an organized team environment. Three or more practices are offered weekly, at varying times of day, throughout the year. There is no minimum attendance required each week.
Competition through United States Masters Swimming (USMS) is not required but is encouraged.
In order to join the Masters group, swimmers should be able to swim at least a 50-meter freestyle without stopping and be able to participate in practice for at least 30 minutes.

Practice session tickets must be purchased at the Member Services desk and are the responsibility of the swimmer.
