Basic to intermediate yoga poses are linked fluidly to increase balance, strength and mental awareness. Ease stress, lengthen and challenge the body, leave feeling calmer and stronger. Vinyasa Yoga is held on the 1st,2nd,and 3rd Saturday of the month. Pilates is on the last Saturday of the month.
Experience accessible, gentle movement, purposeful breath techniques, guided meditation & restorative poses that are supported with yoga props to allow ease and relaxation. An essential oil will be offered during the practice. Restorative yoga is a great way to reset before your week begins, appropriate for all levels.
A unique combination of ballet-inspired total body work, low-weight resistance training and bodyweight exercises make for an intense yet low-impact toning workout. Moves are done on the mat and at the barre. No previous ballet experience necessary!
