An event every week that begins at 10:30 am on Sunday, repeating indefinitely

This combination of ballet-inspired lower body work, low-weight resistance training and bodyweight work make for an intense, yet low-impact, toning workout. Moves are done on the mat and at the barre. No dance experience necessary. Intermediate, with options for all levels.
