An event every week that begins at 9:45 am on Tuesday, repeating until December 31, 2024

This interval style class will use equipment on the fitness floor sucha as TRX Straps, BOSUs, battle ropes, dumbbells, and more. It combines strength and cardiovascular exercises for a total body workout. All levels of fitness are welcome.
