An event every week that begins at 9:30 am on Saturday, repeating until December 31, 2024

Basic to intermediate yoga poses are linked fluidly to increase balance, strength and mental awareness. Ease stress, lengthen and challenge the body, leave feeling calmer and stronger. Vinyasa Yoga is held on the 1st,2nd,and 3rd Saturday of the month. Pilates is on the last Saturday of the month.
