Babies and Toddlers
-Strap your baby in a carrier for a walk or in the stroller as you jog
-Visit toddler friendly playgrounds
-Dance while playing music
-Try a parent/toddler water safety class
Preschoolers
-Explore the outdoors with a family walk
-Try new art projects
-Join a preschool swimming class
Elementary School Children
-Encourage your child to try a sport they enjoy
-Outdoor activities: hiking, running, jump rope, kickball, biking, soccer and more

Tweens and Teens
