Fit 4 Spring is a 12-week program designed to improve your strength, endurance and overall health. Feel great and get in better shape with the help of your teammates and our coaches! Have fun with a friendly competition among the teams in this program. A point system will be used to track each participant’s progress and overall team success. Prizes will be awarded to the winning team and individuals based on success.
Program is available to members and non-members.

Participants may only sign up for one coach/team. Visit the Member Service Desk or Fitness Desk to get more information or call 740-879-4850.
Cost is $225 for members and $250 for non-members. Sign up by January 2nd.
