Fit 4 Spring is a 10-week program, January 26th- April 4th, designed to improve your strength, endurance and overall health. Feel great and get in better shape with the help of your teammates and our coaches! Have fun with a friendly competition among teams. A point system will be used to track each participant’s progress and overall team success.
