Medical Fitness Week this year is May 7 – 13. The Medical Fitness Association established Medical Fitness Week to bring awareness about the impact of physical activity on your overall health. Join the MOVE150 challenge and commit to reaching 150 minutes of physical activity this week. Pick up a BINGO card and complete a column or row for a chance to win a Polar M200 GPS running watch!
