March is National Nutrition Month. Celebrate having a healthy diet by learning 20 ways to enjoy more vegetables and fruits. Learn easy ways to add a variety of colors, flavors and textures to all of your meals. Plus, discover how people who eat a diet rich in these foods can have a reduced risk of many chronic diseases. Samples of various dishes will be offered.
