Cultural Cuisine Cooking Class Series
Join us for this informative, interactive, international cooking demonstration, food sampling and Q&A session.
We’ll examine the cuisine of four different regions, then cook dishes inspired by the Mediterranean and Chinese cultures. We’ll use whole foods, fresh seasonings and a healthy conscience to shape the recipes we present, so please come ready to explore new techniques, ingredients and dietary interests.
Led by: Laura Finley, Registered Dietitian & Katie Kontra, Cooking Instructor

Cost: $15 per class or $40 for full series (10% off for Fit 4 Spring participants)
