Mindful Movement Class on Wednesday, September 21st from 6:oo – 6:45pm in our Mind and Body Studio.
Children ages 6 and up are invited to come participate in breathing exercises, rhythmic stretching and dance games to explore their range of motion, creativity and self-awareness.
